We are looking for an experienced Sales And Marketing Specialist to join our team in Colombo-02, Sri Lanka.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand company service offerings and utilize that knowledge to initiate daily activities that will generate relevant sales leads
- Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements
- Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
- Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by communicating directly, making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Coordinate with the Operations, Development, and Creative teams as needed
- Handling calls and sorting mail, feedback, and inquiries from clients or customers
- The candidate will be responsible for all sales and marketing across the country.
- Personality traits necessary to excel in sales (positive, ambitious, gregarious, flexible, self-sufficient)
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
- Required languages: English, Sinhala & Tamil (Presentable and confident speaker)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to work under pressure.
