We are on the lookout for a Front Office Assistant for our company located in Colombo.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A level/Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products with proficiency in Excel and Word
- Required languages: English, Sinhala & Tamil (Presentable and confident speaker)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, pleasant, and outgoing personality
- Team player works well with others
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Provide customer service at the front desk
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- Attend to visitors to the office
- Handling calls and sorting mail, feedback, and inquiries from clients or customers
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings/appointments
- Handles the maintenance of office equipment
- Office housekeeping
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare monthly invoices
- Processing billing to proceed with the finance department
- Prepare and record monthly payments
- Attend to other accounting responsibilities as and when required
- Assist the director in the secretarial and administrative matters of the office
- Assist in HR/Finance/Sales & Marketing team in general admin duties as assigned
